No refunds will be accepted. The Eye Candy Project will accept exchanges within 10 days of receipt of your item(s). Item(s) must be in ORIGINAL condition. A request for an exchange must be made by email within 10 days of receipt of package. Please make sure that all items are properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Although we typically ship with in 24-48 hours please note that items may take 2-3 weeks to deliver. Custom orders may take a little longer. Thank you in advance for your patience.
We are happy to attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from The Eye Candy Project. After all … we want you to love and enjoy your purchase. Shipping charges for repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please include a check for return shipping charges and a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the original invoice please include your full contact information.
PLEASE NOTE: Pending the nature of the repair there may be a repair charge. Some items may not be able to be repaired.
